This long-standing tradition has evolved into a wonderful evening of food, drinks, and friends that you don't want to miss. Each year we welcome a nationally known keynote speaker who inspires Montana Democrats to keep fighting for the Montana we love. View Event Policies & FAQs × Registration FAQs EVENT DAY/TIME AND LOCATION March 9th, 2018 - Lewis & Clark County Fairgrounds - Doors open at 4:30 pm PARKING Free parking provided ENTRANCE Sponsors Reception: Please enter through the NORTHEAST entrance near the back of the hall Main Entrance: Please enter through the SOUTH entrance at the front of the hall **NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES ALLOWED** ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT The bar does require cash and there will be ATMs available on site ACCOMMODATIONS/LODGING Guests are responsible for their own lodging - The Montana Democratic Party has NOT organized any room blocks REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY Please bring your tickets either printed out or ready on your mobile device to be checked in upon arrival DRESS CODE/SUGGESTED ATTIRE Suggested: Montana Formal (i.e. nice jeans, suits, blazers, dresses, pantsuits) However, there is no official dress code for the event PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY Guests are allowed to take photos, we do ask that you refrain from using flash photography during the program REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES Ticket sales will remain open until the event sells out.
